Payment methods
We accept cash on completion and bank transfer against invoice. No card details are collected on this site.

Invoicing
An itemised invoice is issued by email immediately following the completion of each visit. Invoices detail the service fee, assistant hours, and any attached store grocery receipts.

Deposits and materials
For first-time bookings or large batch-cooking sessions exceeding four hours, a deposit of 30 pounds is requested to lock in the assistant schedule slot.

Late payment
Invoices sent for completed services are payable within seven calendar days. Overdue balances incur a statutory fee in accordance with UK late payment legislation.
