We understand schedules shift, especially for busy households. We ask for fair notice so we can reassign our assistants.

Section · 01

Cancellation window

Cancel by phone or email up to 24 hours before the agreed start and nothing is charged. Later cancellations may be charged the cost of materials already bought for you, stated in the quote.

Rescheduling

You can move the date free of charge. We propose the nearest free slot within one business day.

Section · 03

When a refund is due

A refund is due in full when we cancel, when we cannot deliver the agreed scope, or when the result does not match the quote and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled visit receive a full refund of any advance booking deposit.
  • Cancellations made under 24 hours forfeit the deposit to cover the allocated assistant's reserved time.
  • If our assistant cannot attend due to illness and an alternative assistant cannot be scheduled, any paid deposit is refunded immediately.

How to request a refund

  1. Notify us by phone or WhatsApp as soon as you know your plans have changed
  2. Receive written cancellation confirmation from our coordinator
  3. If a refund is due, provide your bank details for direct transfer

Approved refunds are returned to your designated UK bank account within three working days.
